Organizational Overview

Mustard Seed Community Health is a nonprofit medical clinic committed to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to uninsured and underinsured members of our community. Since our founding, we have been a trusted safety-net provider, delivering vital primary care, mental health services, wellness education, and health navigation to individuals who otherwise would not have access to consistent medical care.

If you live in Guilford County - especially in the Cottage Grove neighborhood - and are uninsured or concerned about the cost of quality healthcare, contact us at Mustard Seed. Our patients pay on a sliding scale, based on their household income.

Our History

In 2013 Mustard Seed set up a clinic one day a week. In 2016, the clinic moved into its current space at South English Street in the Cottage Grove neighborhood and began offering services five days a week.
